Our advice
for an amazing experience at Ai Pioppi
Come early, better on Saturday (or during the week in August)
On Saturdays there are fewer people so it is the right day to come, it is not even necessary to come early. On the other hand, on Sundays there are a lot of people therefore, our advice is to come before 11:00 am, in order to find a free table.
Non-working days are busy: our advice is to arrive before 10:30 am in order to easily find a parking spot and to avoid waiting too long for your food.

Ordering is simple: find a free table, take the number to order at the bar and fill in the menu. While waiting for your turn, you can sit down or have a walk in the park. In fact, there is no need to queue because the order proceeds according to the number.

Find a free table, after that take a numbere ticket for ordering your food
When you want to eat, find a free table and take with you the ticket with the number on it and bring it to the cash register. The cuisine opens at 12.00, numbered tickets are available at 12.00

Bring your order at the bar and pay.
Is your numbered ticket appearing on the display? Go to the cashier, after the payment your order is immediately sent to the cuisine.

Untill what time does the kitchen work?
We open at noon and we work approximately untill 20:30 pm. The time might vary according to the weather and the number of clients.

Yes, of course. The procedure is always the same: You order, you pay and then instead of sitting at the table you take your food home.

It is my birthday, may I bring my own drinks and cakes?
We are sorry, but it is not possible. In our menu you can find everything you need. Anyway, happy birthday!

We are sorry, but it is not possible. You do not need to bring anything from home because we have everything you need here.

If the queue is long, what can I do?
Take your number, keep an eye on the screen and in the meanwhile you can sit down or have a walk in the park.

How much is the entrance?
The entrance to the entertainment park is free, but it is accessible only for the clients of the osteria.

From what age is the entertainment park accessible?
From 3 years onwards. Check the map of the entertainment park for further information.

What are the opening hours of the entertainment park?
The entertainment park is opened from 10:30 am untill the osteria closes. Therefore, untill there is light, people and it does not rain! :)

I would like to come today, but yesterday it rained. Can I come?
There is gravel on the ground, so it is not muddy. Some games will remain closed for security reasons untill they dry.

Is there any spot in the shade?
The entertainment park, the osteria and the parking lot are covered by the trees, so everything is in the shade.

I would like to come and eat at the osteria and then play in the entertainment park, how does it work?
The entertainment park opens at 10:30 am. Before playing in the entertainment park, we suggest you take the number for your food order so you can avoid the queue later on.
